Quotation before repair

If you would like to receive a quotation before repair please indicate this on the RMA form together with the error description. Quotation fee is 45€ or 65€ (excl. costs) and will not be charged if the repair is approved.

All repairs without specific quotation request will be carried out. All repairs under 250€ will automatically be carried out. If repair cost will be over 250 € or disproportionate with the current value we will automatically contact you for approval.

Payment

It's all quite simple with light support. All our work is processed digitally. After repair has been completed an email will be sent with a work sheet and invoice which contains all information, specifications and payment options.

1- If you choose to pay by bank transfer you will receive an email when your payment has been received that your device(s) are ready for collection.

2- You can pay in cash or with Bancontact at the reception when picking-up your repair. We do not accept credit cards, crypto coins or payments via Payconiq

DELIVERY & RETURNS

PLEASE only use factory packing or a road case
when shipping items for repair to Roadtech Services. Light Support is not liable for any damage sustained during transport.

It is within your responsibility to ensure the safe journey of your product. Please ensure the product you send for repair is always packed in its original packaging or roadcase.

We will charge extra to repair transit damage. Clearly label each repair with the fault description and /or a print-out of the RMA. You will be charged for packing and carriage back to you.

Please note that we will not accept any shipments or complete any repairs without an RMA form.

Special note for Effect/Smoke equipment

When sending out atmospheric equipment to Light Support, please make sure the fluid is removed from the fluid compartment. Light Support is not liable for any damage sustained during transport with fluid left in the machine. We will charge extra to repair or clean the device. Please send devices complete with cabling and remote. Clearly label each repair with the fault description and /or a print-out of the RMA.

Warranty Repair shipments

It is within your responsibility to ensure the safe journey of your product. Please ensure the product you return for warranty repair is  packed in its original packaging or roadcase. Warranty repairs will only be returned at our expense if they have been supplied in their original packaging. Warranty claims can only be processed if the serial number of the unit in question is mentioned on the original purchase invoice.
